Founded in Winnipeg by owner Rachel Nedelec, Flour & Flower has become known for its elegant floral cakes, handcrafted cookies, artisan desserts, and thoughtfully curated experiences. Every product is made by hand using quality ingredients, with a focus on creating beautiful moments that bring people together. Whether it's a wedding, birthday, afternoon treat, or community event, our goal has always been to create something truly memorable. Over the years, Flour & Flower has had the honour of creating custom treats for Gucci, supplying cookies for the Grammy Awards® gift bags, creating a custom cookie for Adam Sandler's Mark Twain Award, and collaborating with clients and events across North America.

Rachel's love for dogs has always been at the heart of Flour & Flower. At home, she's kept busy by two beloved pups—Monty, a Dachshund, and June, a Chiweenie. Her love for dogs extends well beyond her own home, with a deep passion for supporting local animal rescue organizations and the incredible volunteers who dedicate their time to helping animals find safe, loving homes. Giving back to the community has always been an important part of Flour & Flower, making BarkFest a partnership that feels especially meaningful.
